Leyland Trucks Received RoSPA Order of Distinction Award

Leyland Trucks received a prestigious Order of Distinction award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). The award was presented to Leyland for its 18 consecutive years of excellence in occupational health and safety performance. This is the fourth time Leyland has received the award.

RoSPA has been at the heart of accident prevention in the UK, and around the world, for nearly 100 years. The Order of Distinction award is presented to companies that excel in key performance indicators, including excellent occupational health and safety management systems, high levels of compliance with control measures for principal risks, no fatal or major injuries due to employer negligence, and no significant
enforcement issues.

“This award is testament to the health and safety culture that exists at Leyland Trucks and to the dedication of our employees, who continually strive to ensure that we all operate in a safe working environment,” said Ron Augustyn, managing director of Leyland Trucks.
