Site Registration.

When you register for access to this Site, You will be asked to create an account and provide PACCAR with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, profile and passwords, as applicable. You agree to immediately notify PACCAR of any unauthorized use of your employer account, profile, or passwords, as the case may be. You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account, and that if you cancel your account, all your account information from PACCAR, including resumes, profiles, cover letters, network contacts, saved jobs, questionnaires and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in PACCAR's databases.

Information Submitted to this Site

The job posting, resume database and other features of this Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information. Do not use this Site as a means of submitting information you consider to be proprietary. Proprietary information should be submitted only in connection with those PACCAR Sites specifically allowing and providing for its receipt and protection. The submission of any materials to PACCAR, including the posting of materials to any forum or interactive area, irrevocably waives any and all rights and "moral rights" in such materials.

Do not send or post any materials or attachments that contain worms or viruses. Personal details provided for employment purposes should not contain medical information, defamatory or slanderous information or information having no reasonable relation to the job profile.

You agree to use the Internet and this Site at your own risk. PACCAR has no liability for any down times on our website caused by technical problems or access to the Internet. PACCAR Inc will take any action that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that content posted on this Site could create liability for PACCAR, or damage PACCAR’s brand or public image. While PACCAR reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove user content, job postings, resumes or other material from this or other PACCAR Sites from time to time, PACCAR does not assume any obligation to do so and disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.

In no event shall PACCAR be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Site or the materials contained in, or accessed through, this Site.

General Terms.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a user of the PACCAR Sites at any level. PACCAR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your user content from this Site and the other PACCAR Sites and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access any PACCAR Sites.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within the State of Washington, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in state or federal court located in King County, Washington, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions.

If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
