Candidates rotate through a 12 - 18 month management training program consisting of short-term assignments in key functional areas. Upon successful completion, candidates are placed in mid-management positions in one of the following fields: accounting, engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, leasing, operations, production or sales and marketing.
Requirements:
5+ years of work experience
A minimum of one year of supervisory experience
BS in an engineering discipline or BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or Information Technology
MBA or MS in Engineering, Information Technology or other business-related field
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Willingness to relocate anywhere
Multi-lingual skills are a plus
