Managed Dealer Inventory Data Analyst

Improve dealer inventory and service levels to dealers by assisting Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) Planner. This is accomplished by daily planning system maintenance, forecasting, and support activities. Additionally, candidate will prepare reports distributed to senior management.
- Modify and maintain information in MDI system as directed by MDI Planner as related to part number maintenance per dealer.
- Generate monthly reports and verify accuracy.
- Research, compile and/or develop necessary data and information required for department business processes and control.
- Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of dealer Recommended Stocking Lists (RSL).
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Learn and Support MDI planner in using the Manugistics forecasting system.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Self-directed and multi-tasking individual able to address multiple priorities within a dynamic and technical work environment.
- Ability to make decisions and use judgement/take action independently.
- Ability to use interpersonal skills and work as a team member.
- Ability to perform some advanced level math (data and/or number manipulation).

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
College Degree in Business or related area or actively pursuing a four-year degree.

EDUCATION DESIRED:
- Spanish or French language capabilities an advantage.
- Familiarity with advanced inventory planning systems (Manugistics / I2) beneficial but not required.
