Yes. Registered stockholders may visit www.econsent.com/pcar/ and sign up to receive the PACCAR proxy statement and annual report in electronic format. Stockholders who choose electronic receipt will receive a notice when the proxy materials are available with instructions on how to access them over the Internet.

PACCAR does not currently have a dividend reinvestment program.
