Processing Communications
The Corporate Secretary will receive, process and acknowledge receipt of all written communications. Suggestions or concerns involving accounting, internal auditing controls or auditing matters will be directed to the audit committee chairman. Concerns regarding other matters will be directed to the individual director or committee named. If no identification is made, the matter will be directed to the executive committee of the Board.
